Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This ensures that all our customers have adequate time to assess their purchases while maintaining the quality standards of our premium suits.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from BellaSarto
- Are in their original, unworn condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Please Note: Custom-tailored suits and alterations are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. We strongly recommend scheduling a fitting session before ordering custom pieces to ensure perfect fit and satisfaction.
Return Process

- Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation
- Ship the item to our Ottawa location at 242 Queen Mary St, Ottawa, ON K1K 1X2
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our quality control team will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation of the inspection results
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Important: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles within our standard collection. For exchanges:
- The same 30-day timeframe applies
- Items must meet all return eligibility requirements
- Availability of desired exchange items is subject to current stock
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
